Return & Exchange

At Qatha, we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. We offer three options for refunds: Coupon Refund, Exchange, or Monetary Refund. To ensure a smooth process, please take an unboxing video of the package before opening it.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at info@qatha.in.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original packaging, invoice, and tags must be intact.
  • The product must be free from damage, including scratches, deformities, or missing embellishments.

Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Send an email to info@qatha.in with your Order Number, product details, and the reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Response Time: Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours to guide you through the process.
  3. Packing: Pack the product securely in its original box or a sturdy alternative to prevent transit damage.
  4. Reverse Pickup: Hand over the package to our pickup agent. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you can send the product via any courier service. Share the tracking details with us.

Refund Process

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, our team will conduct a quality check.
  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund coupon equivalent to the product value within 48 hours.
  • For areas requiring self-shipping, an additional ₹99 will be added to your coupon value as shipping reimbursement.

Note: Monetary refunds will be processed after deducting a nominal reverse logistics charge, and the balance will be refunded.

Coupon Policy

  • Coupons are valid for 1 year.
  • Coupons cannot be split, combined, or transferred.
  • They can be used only on cart values equal to or greater than the coupon value.

Important Notes

  • Ensure the return request is emailed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will not be processed for damaged or incomplete returns.
  • The entire process may take 10–15 days, from initiating the request to receiving your refund.
